From start to finish the process was very easy. The initial visit was on time as scheduled. The initial consult at the office and subsequent meetings to lay out the design was very straight forward and allowed us to customize the design with no cost surprises. Our project manager had excellent communications and kept us informed about everything that was going on from start to finish. The final product is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. The only critique would be the project was a few weeks late but we were aware of the delays as they occurred.

Scott provided us with a prompt and accurate bid to replace the siding on our home. After the siding was removed we ran into an issue where the side of the house didn't line up exactly. He offered us solutions along with a new bid quickly so we could stay on schedule with this project. Once the new siding was put up Scott personally made sure that the work was completed to our standards. Throughout the whole process he was very quick to answer questions and address any concerns that we had.
