 + -1 moreMy Wife & I were Purchasing a home & needed an inspection, Jim Skalecke of 1st Step Home Inspection was refered to us by our Realtor. He met us at the house and was there early, he spent 4 hours with us going over everything he found, answering all of our questions in detail. He then provided us with a printed & bound report. It just so happened that the deal for that home fell through because of an issue with mold which Jim noted in his report. A few months later we were in the position to purchase anothr home and called Jim again. Again, he met us at the house early, and spent the same amount of time with us going over everyting that he thought we should know and answering all of our questions.
Description of Work: We got a detailed home inspection that exceeded our expectations.
