This is the 2nd time that I have used Mike for my garage doors and both times have been excellent. The first time was when a spring was broken and was an emergency repair. This time was just a tune-up for weird noises that they were making.
Responsiveness: I called on the weekend and got a call back within a few hours to schedule an appointment. They worked around my scheduled to give me a date/time when he would arrive.
Timeliness: Mike was on-time and friendly.
The Work: Mike gave honest advice on what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He also gave input on what I could do myself and should be doing to maintain the doors without having to call him. He tightened the doors, greased them, and replaced rollers. When he was done, I could not believe they were the same doors. Unbelievably quiet and smooth. Overall a great job and will most definitely use him again.

Mike was fantastic, I would not hesitate to call or recommend him to people. He did the installation fast and left the garage area spotless. I also had the pleasure speaking to his wife about the order and she was just wonderful to talk to. He was on time, friendly, clean and his price was fair.

MIKE'S GARAGE DOORS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO SERVICE CALLS. WORK WAS PERFORMED THE SAME WEEK AS CALLED. MIKE'S PRICES ARE VERY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER SERVICES.
