I called and because it was a routine service I was scheduled within a week. I was called the day before and given a time frame they would arrive. Mine was between 12:00-2:00 on the day previously selected.. He arrived at 12:40 and promptly got the job done. He said they would call when it was due again. I have a large tank so it would be 7 years. The cost is based on the size tank which seems to be the norm. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Honeybee to all in the area.

It went great. Very quick and professional service. We had weekend service for an extra $85 which was well worth it since we did not want the septic to back up into the basement again!

it went very well. they came and pumped. measured for the risers and came back another day and installed them. i wasnt home the 2nd day and he managed to get them installed and not let my 3 dogs out. now i have 2 visible tank lids with rebar handles. once the grass grows in, it will be fine. and I will never have to dig holes to find the tank lids!

THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND EMPTIED THE SEPTIC. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW TO BEST KEEP THE SYSTEM WORKING WELL. HE THEN GAVE A DISCOUNT COUPON TO USE FOR THE NEXT SERVICE.
