Eric and his team did a fantastic job on everything. They were punctual, and very quick.

Overall, the work went very well. Work was completed in less than two weeks. The new tiled area is beautiful. The new bedroom with french doors is very nice.
We enjoyed working with Eric!
We are now in the process of having our Kitchen redone and extending hardwood floors.
So far the Hardwood floors are done and the workmanship was very professional and the floors are beautiful.

Deck refinish: They did a great job. Eric told me the pros and cons of what I wanted to do, and offered some great suggestions. Once we agreed on the job, we paid 50% up front, and the remaining balance upon completion. The deck looks great! He also repaired a broken step - and did a fantastic job on the repair.
Gutter replacement: Before we repainted the house, we needed the entire gutter replaced on the back of the house. Once again, we used ARS. The gentleman that came out to replace it did so on the day we ended up evacuating for the Waldo Canyon fire. When the evacuation order came, he was about 3/4 of the way done. I told him to just go and come back the next week, but he stayed and finished the job since traffic out of our neighborhood was backed up anyway. Pretty amazing. There's not much to say about a gutter
replacement. It is functional and professionally done. 50% up front, remaining paid upon satisfactory completion.
Tile/carpet: Both jobs went well and look very nice. My only complaint on this job is that I didn't explicitly contract for the carpet strip to be laid between the bathroom tile and the hallway carpet. They left screws and a drill bit for me, but the first hole I drilled for the carpet strip is too big. I still need to fix the carpet strip. However, the tile job looks great.

Eric was the most pleasant and easy to work with contractor that I have used here and I have worked with many. He came out and gave free estimates that were very reasonable and had lots of great ideas that I had not even thought of. He let me purchase my own tub, tile, shower doors, faucets and showerheads. They were very efficient and trustworthy. Jason did a lot of our work and he was great too. Nothing was too much trouble if I needed to add or change things he would get back to me straight away and it was no problem. We love our new bathroom. He even knew someone that could custom paint the wood access panel for our new tub and clean and repaint our fireplace and they both look great. They finished the project early and stayed very late the last day as they knew we had company coming in. They were very careful to protect everything and there was mimimal dust and disruption. I can't say enough good things. I am going to have them come back and remodel my basement bath next.
