 + -1 moreI was told by a neighbor that PSI does honest work and have seen their trucks on the street before. Anyway I called them about my yearly issue and they came out and solved it for under $400.00. It was that simple while all the other companies seemed to try and fix the wrong item and act like it needed fixing or changing when it was not broken to begin with. Make your heating and plumbing simple in the vail valley and just call PSI.
Description of Work: They saw what most repair plumbing and heating firms in town could not see or fix. This company is honest and helpful and do have this reputation. They evaluated the mechanical room and determined why there is a low flow area with the hydronic heating. This was huge since all the other companies who have came out over the years and charged at least $750.00 without fixing anything or saying you need this item could not see this simple situation fix.

Description of Work: had a bad pipe replaced and installed a hydrocom.

 + -1 morePS - The only helpful guy at PSI Plumbing that we found is Paige.
Description of Work: PSI Plumbing is the ultimate scam artist in the Vail Valley. Over 8 WEEKS with SEVEN visits to "troubleshoot the issue" and we still had NO HOT WATER. Jim Harper, the owner of the company came out 4 times. After 8 WEEKS of running to the next door neighbors' for showers.....we hired another local plumber (Jim Spahmer of Colorado West Plumbing & Heating Company) and he identified the issue on the spot, ordered the part, returned a week later and personally fixed it in 27 MINUTES. Jim Harper at PSI Plumbing obviously has little clue on plumbing. Stay away from PSI Plumbing because they'll try to screw you for weeks on end.
