We worked with Liebler and Leblanc Contracting after a severe hailstorm damaged our roof, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The standout factor was the exceptional service provided by our project manager, David Wolfe. At the beginning of the process, I requested that David handle all communications with our HOA, State Farm insurance, local building codes, and permits to ensure all requirements were met and that our out-of-pocket costs wouldn’t exceed our deductible. David assured us he would handle everything, and he ended up going well above and beyond doing it. Unexpectedly, our mortgage company became involved in the process, adding inspections and complicating the claims process. Even after the work was completed and verified by all parties, including the mortgage company’s inspector, they withheld payment to the contractor for nearly a year due to fictitious issues with the paperwork. Despite this, David stood by the commitment he made at the start, never asking for partial payment of funds we had received directly from the insurance company. He worked tirelessly to address every outrageous and unreasonable demand from the mortgage company, proving his dedication and integrity. David Wolfe’s professionalism, reliability, and honesty were exemplary throughout this challenging process. We highly recommend Liebler and Leblanc Contracting, and especially David Wolfe, to anyone in need of contracting services. This team is a rare find in today’s world.

Besides doing an awesome job and coordinating with the insurance company, Adam came out after the last hail storm to inspect my roof just to make sure there was no damage. They put my roof on in one long day and they cleaned up the yard before they left.
