I got Robert Berry's name from the authorized Kohler Store in Cherry Creek which was on their recommended professionals. Robert showed up promptly as agreed. Was impressed with his seeming knowledge about my two major problems. He proceeded to get parts for the toilet problem (for which the distributor was "very proud"...$360). He installed the part, for which I paid him $560 with a check. He indicated he would email an invoice (which he never did). The problem with the toilet persisted. Thinking it was probably a simple adjustment, I called and left a message asking if he could come by and made any adjustments necessary. I continued to call numerous times, leaving messages, over the next 2-2 1'2 weeks. No response. I called Kohler and they tried to reach him. No response. A good friend visiting - not a plumber or a tradesman of any kind, just a clever guy, came up with a $2 part from the Dahl Plumbing supplies and fixed the toilet. Robert seemed like an honest, knowledgable, reliable professional. It was very disappointing that I was soaked for a problem that was not fixed and left me with no recourse except to berate him on the internet. I did tell Kohler that they needed to take him of the list of recommended professionals.
