This company states that they specialize in "rugged racks" for ATVs. I spent $480 and waited four weeks only to have a product that DOES NOT fit my 2013 Yamaha Rhino and is/was NOT designed for my needs. I contacted them regarding this issue and they acknowledged that they made a mistake (sent me a unit made for a Razor versus my Rhino). They offered me to ship the bottom (feet) of the racks and repair/replace their mistakes ASAP. I really appreciated the effort and communication.
