QUOTE: This is the second time I used Mr Stephenson's services. He came within a day, of my calling, to evaluate the furnace needed for the replacement. The cost was very acceptable ($2200.00). We set up an installation date within one week. He managed to get the new furnace even quicker and he called to move the install date up two days. The installation would take one day, if no problems showed up. The last time he was right on. His professionalism and knowledge during the quote was great. No pushiness or oversell. He is very friendly and explained what my options were. Again, no hard sell. He told us what the cost of the furnace and how much his labor would be. Contract was drawn up and signed. Mr Stephenson showed up early in the day to start work. removed the old unit, with no damage to the hall or house. He cleaned the closet and hall well, to receive the new unit. The roof pipe was replace with the proper piping and sealed. The new unit was installed without incident or damage and connected. The whole job took appx. four hours and we were left with only minor items to clean. Mr Stephenson is very polite and respectful of house and home. His professionalism is great and his demeanor is exceptional. This was my second time requiring his skills and I am very happy with the results. RT

Stevphenson very prompt coming to my home to give me an evaluation and quote. The quote of $2000 was well with in what I felt was satisfactory. He needed $1600 down to get the unit and he called me within two days to tell me that he had the new unit and to set an appointment day. The time from the day inspected by Source Gas, who red tagged the unit , till Mr Stevphenson had it installed , was only two weeks and three, of those days, was because of me setting the date back, do too my work. Mr Stephenson was very efficient in his work. Very professional and had great personal interaction. He was friendly and communicated well about the work he was going to do, work he was doing and work he had done. He did NOT talk in double talk. He promised to have the work done in six hours and was very close to that time baring, having to get an extra part. MR Stephenson is also a handyman and i would feel happy using him in that area. Overall I was very happy with the work he did for me and the warranty, of one year on his work, was very acceptable.
