This one was really easy, they called and set up the time to meet with the tenant. The tenant was there and then they even put a call into me to let me know they were at the tenants house. It took them, to me like no time at all, we got a call saying they were done and they asked me if they wanted to bring the invoice by or mail it and I said bring it by so I can pay it. The other incident, where they had to do the compressor, the tenant there and they had gone over on the 9th to try and get that straight, the tenant was there and they went and checked everything. They told the tenant they had to leave everything off and would be back first thing the next morning. She was not there, they actually called and physically went by her house 5 days straight to try and get it done. They got started early so they could head over.
