 + -1 moreRoss from Fineline is always punctual (actually, usually early), willing to answer any and all questions, and promptly sends a full report complete with photos and recommendations. He's very flexible schedule-wise (even though he's very busy), and is willing to work anywhere in the larger Denver metro area.
Description of Work: We've had Ross from Fineline inspect four properties for us now, and he does a great, thorough job. This most recent property was a completely remodeled house originally built in the 1920's, but we've also had him inspect a condo, a 1/2 duplex, and another single family house before. He's so thorough that he'll likely find fault with any property-- which is exactly what you want as a potential buyer: someone who covers all the bases. If anything, he errs a little too much on pointing out the flaws with a property as opposed to the positives, but that's his job. Again, we've hired him several times already, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again or to recommend him to friends and family.
