BUG MAN INC

The service man Cameron was at my home in under two hours after I called the Bug Man phone number and spoke to a nice man named John. I was very happy and impressed with the fast response time as I was pretty freaked out to know I had a rodent in my house. Cameron was very polite and professional. While he was working moving furniture and appliances and laying traps, he politely informed me about the habits of mice and what to look for and what to be concerned with and what not to worry about. I am very confident I will have this situation resolved in the time I was told to expect the problem to be over. Whew! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

John has come out several times to help us with woodpecker problems from spraying repellents to fixing damage. Always prompt, courteous, and fair.

I was happy with how soon the bug man came out since I wanted to deal with our mice problem ASAP.  They came out the same day I called.  The workman was friendly and quick.  He explained where he put the mouse traps (they are actually black boxes) so I would know where they were.  I am very happy with The Bug Man's service.

He did a good job. His price was fair. The quality of his work was excellent. He was professional, responsive and punctual. I'll be using his services again in the future.

Not much to tell! He came, he sprayed, he replaced rodent bait. Professional. Ken was a very pleasant person. Good with my dogs. It is difficult to get to my house; he ended up on a really bad unpaved back road (in snow and ice) but didn't let it deter him and was only a few minutes late. I like that the receipt lays out details of everything that was done, including chemicals used.

I noticed hornets in the house, coming from the attic fan. Looking outside, I noticed the hornets were flying in and out the attic vent. I called several pest control companies and was not impressed with them, until I got this guy on the phone. His phone manner was very professional. The whole process was over in two days. I called one day, the appointment was for the next day. The worker showed up on time, did all the necessary things to exterminate/kill the hornets. He left a report of the chemicals used with the identifiable EPA #'s . Also there were instructions regarding the treated areas. I was quite pleased with the timing and the thoroughness. I definitely would hire again, if I have pests.
