24/7 DRAIN & SEWER SERVICE

His name is Chris Haines and I love him. I've actually used other people and he's had to come and clear the drain out because I've had backups from using the other people. If I have a problem with getting it cleared out with him, he will come back again. He is very, very thorough and helpful. I can't say enough good about him. I will definitely continue using him.

Chris was recommended to me by Hydro Physics, the company I called out to apply Vaparooter to my sewer line. They said they recommend him because they KNOW he'll clean it well. I was a little hesitant because he was more expensive than a couple other companies I'd had come out to do the same job. It was worth it! He did a great job (I saw the video of the sewer line when Hydro Physics came out). What was even better is that he didn't try to upsell me anything. The last couple companies I'd had out suggested that I have them clean out the floor drain (which had been the source of sewer backup) and had said that my sewer line needed to be replaced because of a "slight" low spot and root invasion. Chris said he felt no low spots (the video confirmed this). These other companies were trying to sell me unnecessary services, but Chris didn't do that. He was very polite and patient with my questions. I asked him about cleaning out the drain, and he said he'd do it if I wanted it done, but he dind't think it necessary (he said if you pour water in it and it goes down, then anything else in there would go down, too, so nothing to worry about).

Did a great job!  Found a second sewer line we did not even know we had.

They showed up on time, were polite, spent about half an hour cleaning out the line.

Chris and his assistant were courteous and friendly. Chris had some helpful advice on how we should maintain the line going forward. Chris answered all of our questions. He was was careful in bringing his equipment through the house, and efficient and careful in performing the job. Before he and his assistant left, they were very careful and thorough in cleaning up. When they left, there was no evidence any messy job had taken place in our basement. We would definitely hire 24/7 again.

I would definitely have the confidence to call them again when the time comes.
