Initially it startes out OK. However the actual start date was much later than he indicated it would be puting the project further in the winter months. When the demo phase started the work was reasonably steady and productive with somewhat regular envoicing. But when the actual construction started it was sporadic at best and many things had to be redone. Although the quality of work looked poor he was able to pass the regional building inspections. As the monthe wore on the production slowed and the envoicing stopped. Since this was a roof installation and there was an issue of waranty I felt it necessary to insist that he complete the job. This was my mistake I should've fired him then. The bottom line is that the new roof line has a dip in it and there is a leak also. We are presently involved in a lawsuite with this person. Please warn anyone away from this person. He has used other company names; TNT Roofing, Becks Roofing.
