I called Service Master when another company had a very high estimate. The other estimate included very complex processes which were not needed for such a small area. The other company estimated $5000 to do the work. When I had them go over it in detail they came back and lowered it to $2500-3000. Service Master had a much simpler process and quoted between $500-700. The final price was $575. I was in constant communication with the owner of the company who explained in detail the work to be done. He helped me see exactly what needed to be done, and had it taken care of in a very timely manner. When we questioned why there was still black on a few pieces of wood, it was explained that it was not mold but water staining. The company was fair in price and took care of the problem immediately. The price was fair and the work done timely.

I moved into an apartment with a very foul odor of cat urine. After trying to clean the carpet ourselves without success, I contacted ServiceMaster about the issue. They were so quick to reply to my inquiry and were out to my place the next day to figure out where the smell was coming from and treat the carpet. Chris from ServiceMaster is so awesome! He really knows his stuff and was able to pinpoint the problem area and completely get the stench out of our bedroom! Thank you so much! ServiceMaster gets my recommendation 100%.
