The phone order was easy, and she worked with me to arrange the delivery. However, once the charge showed up on my card I called to discuss the additional charges that had been added. I asked what the additional fees were and she said it was for delivery and taxes. She began to yell at me and tell me that she had a funeral service to prepare for and she didn't have time for "this s***" and hung up on me. RUDE! If she would have kindly explained to me the charges as I had asked I would have been fine. However, the quality of the flowers is why I called in the first place. I have paid much higher for a floral arrangement in the past but NEVER dealt with service this poor. A friend of my friend's ordered flower from another local florist and the flower arrangement and quality is immaculate! I wish I could post a picture of them side by side because the arrangement I got from this shop are already wilted and horrid. The friend I got the flowers for is getting married in August and was considering this shop to arrange her wedding. HOWEVER, we will NEVER use this business again. POOR POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY, and RUDE OWNER!
