WALLACE SLEEP 'N COMFORT CO

We are furnishing a second home in the Durango area. We are several hundred miles away, and this is not always easy. We especially needed a bed to be delivered within a day or two of our arrival so that we could at least sleep comfortably in the house while doing other work on it. Wallace did a fabulous job in every way. It is not always easy to buy a mattress on-line or over the phone. They provided me with enough information so that I narrow down the choices and could do some shopping/testing in my own area. Once we decided what we wanted, the ordering and arrangements could not have gone more smoothly. Their delivery guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Wallace has even lent us a temporary "Hollywood" frame to use while we are waiting for our full bedframe to be delivered in a few months. I like dealing with local, family-owned businesses, even if it means paying a little more. However, in this case, their price was surprisingly competitive with the "big box" stores and national chains. I did not mind paying a few dollars extra for the level of service and personal attention.

The provider was very helpful and easy to work with in the store. They ran our card twice, though, and we were double charged. They refunded the second charge, and then we were charged a third time! We are still trying to retrieve the charge.
