PHILLIPS ELECTRIC

a call back from Mr Phillips himself who said I do not need to pay the remainder of the bill and asked what other work I needed done. I wanted new light in fron and back of house. and quot;Oh just call me when you have them and I will come by and change them out.and quot; I was so happy he would take the time to personally do this for me. A month later the lights remained undone! At this time I called another company. I appreciated John's attempt to keep me as a customer, but he really dropped the ball and lost me anyway. I have quite a bit more work for an electrician, oh well. We had to eat a few batches of cookies we had made to thank John for his help which he never came to do.

We called Phillips and the pleasant receptionist (Kirsten was her name, I think) took down all of our information and said she would see if someone could get out to our place that afternoon. Sure enough, she called back and Randall came out that very afternoon! He quickly repaired 2 fixtures.

It turned out perfect, John Phillips is a very competent guy and he knows what he is doing. I don't know how many trucks or employees they have but it looks like they have a bunch of them. They do good work. He charged us whatever was appropriate and I don't think he overcharged us.
