+ -1 moreDelivery team went above and beyond trying to help, even though they knew their boss screwed things up.
Description of Work: After 10 years, I decided to give Northpoint another chance......you know, helping out locally and all that! I couldn't have been more disappointed. If I would have ordered the same bed I bought from them online, I would have been spared the $150 sales tax, the $35 delivery charge, and my old bed would have been taken away. If this wasn't bad enough, all of that could have been saved if I bought my bed online, as Northpoint is a distributor for Tempur-pedic beds. (they would have ended up doing the delivery anyways as a distributor) This will be the last time I try and support my local economy. I will shop by lowest prices, PERIOD.
