poorly -in fairness I missed the neighborhood appointment. I got no pre-reminder and I simply forgot. I apologised. It took 2 phone calls/(one where he hung up and wouldn't call back/ e-mails / waiting for two weeks / provider left me wait ing at the property for over an hour and ten mintues when a single phone call would have sufficed that now he couldn't make it. It took two more communications before I finally got someone to the property. The turn on took 20 minutes,..his employee was fine,..timely easy going. At no time were tharsh harsh words,..and I apologised for missing the period when he had planned to do the entire HOA. It took over three weeks to get this 20 minute job done.

They let you pay on Paypal; that is why we went with them. The cost was supposed to be $69 and it turned out to be $89. They were great. They did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it quick. They were here exactly when they said they would. The only thing that bothered me is that they said it was $69, and then, they charged us $89. Their reasoning made sense, but I still did not like it. We did not argue with them though.
