Description of Work: Tuthill Construction Co. conducted a major remodel of our townhouse. We bumped out the kitchen 4 ft., replaced all cabinets and sink in the kitchen, replaced carpeting with hardwood flooring on the 1st floor, tiled the kitchen and 2 bathrooms including 1 shower, replaced all lighting in the kitchen, replaced siding and shingles on the bump out and stained the exterior of the entire townhouse. | |We are very pleased with the work and it was timely.

Description of Work: Replaced carpet with hardwood. Installed granite in kitchen and bar. Repaired sink leak in bar and installed vessel sink and new faucet. Removed wall in kitchen. Put dry stack brick on fireplace. Completely overhauled master bath including enlarging shower, replacing tile in shower flooring. Repaired leak in upstairs guest bath shower, replaced carpet with tile and installed new shower door. Painted entire condo (1800 sq. feet). Added and changed light fixtures and outlets. Ran cable and mounted 65 inch tv. Hung curtain rods and pictures. Removed glass door in downstairs guest shower and replaced with shower rod.
