Working with Jay (our contractor) was very easy and satisfying. We made decisions jointly, and are very happy with the final result. During the renovation two significant issues were uncovered and resolved. In spite of that, the final cost was over $1800 less than the original estimate due to savings on materials suggested by Jay.
