Hardwood Flooring Service
They mislabeled something. I told the lady that it was mislabeled and she swore it was not mislabeled. I told her that if I get her store manager to come over and that he was going to sell me the floor at the labeled price and she said yes. So, I made them do it. We got hardwood floor for engineered flooring prices. They did not want to, but they honored the price. So, I could not feel better about them and we do a lot of stuff with them. They did not have a lot of customer service, but they honored the price. They went above and beyond to stand behind the price.
