The installation went well and service is exceptional. Mike showed up on schedule to survey the site for service (it's a radio, line of sight service. After a successful survey, we set up an installation date the day of my home closing. The initial installation went well and several FCC speed checks showed service running at approximately 9-10 Mbps up and down. The following Sunday we were hit by a series of thunderstorms with several close lightening strikes. My electrical power was up and down. We're not sure about the cause but my radio transmitter/receiver failed. Mike and his tech showed up the next morning and replaced it. Since then service is running at 10-19 Mbps up and down. It has been running reliably for a month now with two or three short intervals of 2-3 Mbps service but mostly running at speeds in the 15-20 range; I have been checking it once to twice daily. I recommend them with no reservations. The $479 fee covers installation and a year of service. You must provide your own router. With the exceptional speeds, I suggest a good quality router. I am using a Buffalo 1750 DHPD, with the added advantage of a 3 yr warrantee.

Internet speed is much better than the alternative for our area.
