I wanted him to work on short notice and though he said he would love to he was busy in his personal life and couldn't fit the job in. Again so kind and honest.

Dave Mingle and his crew did an amazing job of sanding down the newer (unfortunately stained) floor in the ktichen with the older 1953 flooring in the rest of the space. It was all red oak #2, but before the work by Cooperative Hardwood, it didn't look the same because of the staining and finish. Now it looks like the SAME matching floor in the whole house. Dave and crew arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The finished product looks amazing. Photos will be attached. Plus, a bit earlier Dave and his crew feathered in some new wood and refinished a remodelled room in the house. This, too, exceeded our expectations, not only in the low price but also in service and lasting quality. Plus, the guys were friendly and courteous, punctual and efficient.
