The job cost 4 times what he quoted and it was some of the shabbiest work i have ever seen.  He does not have an eye for detail at all. I would never use him again to build anything.  we hired him in September and he finally showed up in December.  He moved us back 5 different times.  And did not do what he said he would do.  I suggest you get it in writing exactly what you want or you will be very diappointed.  Dont let him do anything that was not quoted or you will pay through the nose.
