Gave me a call to see if they could come today instead of next week, schedule allowed. Workmen called ahead to say they were coming. Although the same company installed the stove, these guys seemed new and hadn't been here before. Had questions about how to get to our (tall townhouse) chimney top...ended up leaning the ladder on our pro-panel roof next to the chimney, bending the edges slightly (others brought taller ladders and leaned against the chimney itself). Starting cleaning with the stove door open, so some soot and crud ended up on the hearth...THEN they decided it might be a good idea to lay a tarp down in front of it; fortunately no stains on the carpet. For the price I expected more experienced help...
