What ever you do, DO NOT give Jeremy cash in advance. My experience was awful. I was given an estimate of $1,200.00 for sheetrock repairs in the ceiling due to water damage. The repair entailed replacing a 25” X 32” section that was already framed and ready to go. As well as three surface damaged areas. The estimate seemed high, so I asked for a breakdown. Jeremy told me, it would take two workers, 12 hours at $40/hr and $240 in materials. I was encouraged to pay him cash in advance. I paid $600 in advance. It took ONE worker, two hours to complete the repairs. And $50 in materials. When I questioned the amount already paid, I was told that “he had to run all over town to get the materials”, and “he had to come up to my place to get the $600.”, and, “ the worker couldn’t work anymore that day.” He refused to return my calls of questioning this. Don’t listen to his stories of success and experience in Durango. He is a smooth talker that will over charge you and walk away with your money.
