Initial service appeared excellent, but it became apparent quickly that the employee who was providing our service didn't know what he was doing. James (the owner) apologized for it later, but didn't do a good job of fixing the problems. Every piece of equipment was not set up right at delivery and the problems I had with it because of the failure to set things up right continued late into the summer of 2013. After the first couple months of fixing problems they also refused to cover the problems under their warranty and made me pay labor and transport costs for fixing their problems. I won't use Durango Outdoor Power again.
