As noted above, could not have been better.

they did not even acknowledge that I needed work done. they proceeded to tell me that their lifters were full for the day and that I'd have to come back some other time. on my way out I looked in the garage to see 5 lifters empty. terrible customer service, and very rude.

Excellent work. Couldn't tell it from factory new. Delivered on schedule.

I called Doug's Auto Body after I found them on Angie's List. I spoke with Wayne who had me bring the car for an inspection. When I arrived Doug himself did the inspection and also fixed the drivers side door so that it would open fully. He was very friendly and eased my mind in regards to the damage. Wayne told me he would contact me as soon as an opening was available and would contact my insurance provider if there were any problems with the parts and estimate. There was an opening in about a week and a half. I dropped the car off on the specified date and approximately a week later Wayne called to tell me the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. There were no problems and the car looked great!
I will definitely go to Doug's Auto Body in the future if I have anymore Auto Body work that needs to be done.

We had an estimate done, brought the car in as scheduled and the work was completed on time.

On my way to work the day after a snow storm, the roads were icy and I slid into a gaurd rail to prevent hitting another driver. This cracked my front bumper. I contacted my insurance company and they said they work with a couple places in town, including Doug's. I called Doug's to find out the process of getting my car repaired. They were friendly and helpful throughout. I went in to get an estimate and they walked me through the entire process including what parts they would use, how my insurance company would pay them, etc. Due to several other customers before me, they told me it may be four weeks before they could fix my car. Since my car was driveable, I told them I would wait. They called me within 2 weeks to set up an appointment. When I brought it in, they said it would take 3 days to fix. They called me the next day to say it was ready. When I picked it up, they had done an amazing job. I could barely tell that there had been any damage or work done.
