I can't explain enough how much I value Lori's assistance. My mortgage lender set forth so many obstacles that there were times that I didn't think the sale would go through. But Lori was committed to see the sale happen and protected my best interests every step of the way. She is familiar with issues specific to rural properties such as irrigation rights, tap fees, restrictions and so on, as well as being very familiar with the Montezuma County community. She has a professional and warm style, and is really terrific to work with. I would highly recommend her for real estate transactions in southwestern Colorado.
