The young man who came was courteous and very thorough with his snow shoveling.  He came at about 9 a.m., even though I told Adalberto that there was no hurry.  The price was very reasonable and the job well done.  I have also used this company to clean my wood stove chimney for the past three years.  They are very professional and courteous in all their dealings with me.  I would feel confident to recommend them in all areas of their business.

Blue Aspen sent over a young man in a truck with a blade on the front and lots of snow shovels to clear out my in-town home.

We have been using Blue Aspen for over a year now for weekly house cleaning.  They are wonderful!  The ladies do an excellent job and are very hard workers.  We couldn't be more pleased.  Highly recommend.

They were punctual and professional. Excellent work. Came back and serviced the inspected chimney once parts arrived.

I called him and left a message to make an appointment. He called me back about four days later. It went pretty well, except that he was 1 1/2 hours late. He did call me a couple of times to update his time of arrival. The price he charged was $30 more than the last time. I'm not sure why, as nothing changed from the last time, but then again I didn't ask. He did the same thorough job and I'm confident that my chimney is ready for winter use.

I called Adalberto to have him inspect and sweep the chimney on my old wood stove. I have had several local companies come to do this over many years, but Adalberto by far did the best job and was the most knowledgeable. He brought in tarps to put down from the front door to the stove, so he wouldn't get anything in the house dirty. He also used a large vacuum to clean inside the stove and out. He cleaned the stove pipe from inside the stove, which I had never seen anyone do before. He checked the stove pipes with a camera to see if there were any damages to the pipes and inspected the pipes on the roof also. He paid great attention to detail. He went the extra mile to answer my questions and was very courteous. This company was highly recommended to me by a property managing company that uses this company extensively.
Though I didn't use this company for anything other than chimney sweeping, I would feel very comfortable using their services for the many other things that this company does. This is a family run and owned company. They are licensed, bonded and insured.
