Mr. Bell came promptly after I called with my furnace issue. The furnace was turning off and on and making funny noises doing so, the pilot went out several times. He looked at the pilot light and played with the thermostat. He told me it wasn't the thermostat after I asked if it could be the problem. After saying everything was fine, he charged me for a service call and left. The furnace still had the same issues and I chose to call another company who diagnosed and fixed the furnace.
