Although I gave a detailed description of the symptoms the car was having to the tow driver and was assured by Paul he had run a full diagnostic and repaired the issue, ('car would run better than ever!'), the same issue remained. I took the car back, had to hunt down Paul via phone for 3 days as he would not return my calls and was then told he wanted and ADDITIONAL $216.00 on top of the $698.50 already paid! When I told him this was not an option he yelled at me to come my car and hung up on me! Do Not Take Your Car Here! YOU WILL BE CHEATED!

AMAZING service. We were not with the vehicle when it was towed, so they kept us in the loop with what was happening and showed up very quickly. They were willing to keep the vehicle at their shop AND took a very thorough look at the car to tell us what was wrong (placed it up on their lifters, etc.). Once determined that our motor was totally caput, Paul, the owner, took about 3 HOURS out of his day to find the cheapest possible replacement motor (rebuild, new, searched the gamut) and gave us his thoughtful recommendations on whether to just consider looking for a new vehicle (as the vehicle was so new, a new engine was in the 10K range). Was totally available for input and was the most and quot;non-sleasyand quot; car mechanic I've ever met. Totally emphatic to our situation the whole time and was looking out for us more than for himself. HIGHLY recommend their towing service. Totally reasonable price and though we cannot comment on the quality of their mechanical work....we will undoubtedly trust our vehicles there in the future (watched the work they performed while there and had intelligent, thoughtful conversations with Paul about his vehicles, etc.). We ended up purchasing a new car and felt good about our decision based on their recommendations (for which they earned nothing). Can't thank them enough.

They did not completely fill the engine with oil. My motorhome required 35 quarts and they only put in 28 quarts. They of course added the necessary oil after I noted it to them when I picked it up. Their prices are higher than I expected.
