Since the cat was from the shelter, the vet did not charge for the initial exam (very nice and much appreciated). They provided all the necessary shots and the exam was very thorough. He had an ongoing slight respiratory problem from his stay at he shelter and a couple of other issues (small lump on left side of throat, missing patch of fur on back). Rather than advise additional services or medicines, they gave me some practical instructions for in home monitoring and care.
