Initially I wasn't too happy but things turned around. AirMasters is the HVAC specialist recommended by the local Home Depot. I called them ready to spend some money but was told all there guys for my area were on vacation. I had to schedule an appointment for a consultation two weeks later. Though I called AirMasters And spoke to two separate people confirming the date of the consult no one showed. At this point I would have called another company but I live in a very rural area and there is literally no one else. I called again to see what the problem was and couldn't get an answer but, oops. After that things turned around. Matt the sales rep came by for the consult and was quick and friendly. We scheduled the install for one week later. The install technicians showed up early and went right to work. They were both friendly and professional. After only three hours they had the systems in.

This system utilizes 2 units mounted high on the interior walls which are connected to an outdoor heat pump system. Both of these indoor units were to be centered between 2 windows and 2 wall mount light fixtures. They were... neatly and quickly. The outdoor lines are run in a vinyl channel with a snap-on cover. This was also done neatly and in a timely fashion. The 2 installers were friendly and answered questions willingly with more than a and quot;yesand quot;, and quot;noand quot;, or and quot;huh?and quot;. The original contact was through a Home Depot employee referral which led to a no obligation house visit by a sales representative from Air Masters. His entire meeting with my wife and myself was truly a pleasurable experience. No high pressure, no technical mumbo-jumbo, no and quot;Quick, sign here, this offer is only good for 38 seconds!and quot;. .

Pat Bing came out ON A SUNDAY to service my evaporative cooler - figured it all out, crawled up into the attic, found the shut off, used an extention ladder to cover the unit, double checked everything, then explained it all to me so I'd know exactly what he did and I'd be sure to know how to have it done next year. Very thorough, corteous, and reasonable. The service call was just for my cooler but he also spent time with me ensuring my boiler/furnace was working properly, in all zones. So I paid ~$100 for 1.5 hours, which outprices the 2 other competitors easily (but price isn't everything); the service was thorough, professional and did I mention he came out on a weekend because I'd forgotten to service it before the hard freeze? highly recommended.
