ADAMS OVERHEAD DOOR

They put me on the schedule for a couple of days out. The technician called me and asked if he could come a day earlier!! Of course he could. Joe arrived on time and got my problem squared away quickly. He then lubricated all the door rollers and tracks and checked the alignment on the safety switches on the floor. I was very pleased with the job, the price, and especially the man himself.

I was really pleased with their service. My wife's car was trapped in the garage because of a broken spring. They came out within a couple of hours. The mechanic, Sean, was very capable and had the door operational within an hour. I strongly recommend them for any garage door repair or maintenance.

My tenant called about some broken hinges on the garage door (I am out of state) - called Adams and they were out there the next day - enlaced the broken hinges quickly. The installer accidentally poked a hole in the garage door insulation but Adams was quick to come back out and replace the damaged piece. I am looking to replace the entire door next year and I will definitely call Adams for a quote

I contacted them around 2pm and asked for a quote. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and gave me an instant quote. They charge a $95 service call then charge you for any parts that are needed to repair the opener. Considering I live in Bayfield, it was nice not to have an additional travel charge. They also give the garage door and opener a mini tuneup free of charge. I thought that was a nice touch as most businesses just come out, fix what is broken and leave.

they showed about 2 hours after I made the initial call. replaced door braces and modified how the system worked. took them only about and hour and 1/2. Lubricated and made adjustments. very proficient and professional they did such a good job I doubt I will need to call them again, however I would use them again if I ever need to.

Did a good job. Our overhead door opener was so old that there were no replacement parts, but they were able to find a similar part that solved it.

Arrived promptly. Did not try to sell more expensive solution. Did a first class job.
