SURFACE MASTERS LLC

There, supposedly, is a five year guarantee on peeling, fading and cracking.  The coverage was not good and we definitely have peeling and cracking.  I have called them 4 times.  They have come out once to look at the situation and will not schedule a repair or redo or whatever.  They always have an excuse and the last time I talked to them, I told them they needed to call me to fix the situation (I was tired of hearing excuses or just not calling me bace).  I have never heard back and do not intend to call them back again.  They do a great job selling themselves and their product, and they are very personable, but their customer service stinks!!!  I would not have them do anything again for me because of this.

Our experience with Surface Masters was terrific. The gentelmen running the business were responsive and absolutely great to work with. The work was quality and the team was ready to fix any small imperfections we created. They went above and beyond by repairing a few tiles in the backsplash in the kitchen prior to resurfacing and by eliminating all of the seams in the countertops. They took extra care to make sure the surrounding areas were protected and left the worksite spotless. They followed-up to make sure the work was up to standard and that we were happy with the results. The surfaces they touched all look brand-new. This is such a wonderful cost-effective way to refresh the look of tile and formica.
