Everything went very well. We had some delays in obtaining materials such as the windows that came in the wrong color to start. We had some difficulty with the insulation company who broke a piece of sandstone and refused to reimburse us for the damage. DRB did not go to bat for us on that. In the end I decided it wasn't worth my time to chase that for the relatively small amount of money. Overall, I would hire DRB again and I have for another project on my rental home. We are very happy with Kip's work and would refer him to anyone.
