He put in an electric water heater when it was supposed to be propane. Originally I told him I wanted a propane heater with duct work. He talked me into another heater, which turned out to be illegal, preventing me from getting home owners insurance. The bathroom was supposed to be remodeled but was done very sloppy, the grout was not sealed correctly. He put not insulation around my bathtub resulting in it freezing up for months at a time. He did not use professionals, he had 3 kids here doing the work. I told him I didn't want to see any of them back to do work, and he sent one of the kids back to do the deck work. He used cheap outside paint and my deck looks like it was never done, which is now peeling away. I told him I would find someone to wipe down the floors and walls, he said he could take care of that. This was never done as the floors and walls were black and dirty.
