Your Best Friend's Friend (YBFF) is a professional pet care service established in 1999 servicing Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, South Denver and surrounding areas. We provide dog walking, pet sitting, overnight house/pet sitting, home care and pet errands for all types of pets including dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, fish, birds, some reptiles, rodents and more. We are a licensed, insured and bonded company and have been listed with an A+ rating with the BBB for the past 7 years and have an A rating on Angie’s List. All team members are experienced and trained in dog, cat, fish, bird care and more. All team members are trained in first aid and administration of medicines including injections. YBFF knows that your animals are much more than pets; they are family members. That’s why choosing the right care for them is so important. Our business is our only business and we take it very seriously and work diligently to earn and preserve the trust of our customers. We have the absolute finest pet service available, and we’re happy to prove it. YBFF is insured, bonded & registered. The YBFF team is trained in first aid and administration of medicines including injections. We are an accredited & active member of Pet Sitters International, Association of Pet Sitting Excellence, and the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. YBFF works 7 days a week every day of the year.

YBFF has been helping us out with our pets for over 4 years now and we can't stress enough how good a job they do. They are reliable, flexible (we often have last minute changes), and are great with all of our pets.
I was very upfront about our needs for our rescue dog and were assured that they would work with us to ensure that our dogs would have the walking time they required. Our first visit with our dogs included only being able to walk one of our dogs due to behavior issues, although my concern was that I was not notified until I returned home from a twelve hour day at work. I feel that I should have been alerted by phone or email that one of our dogs did not go out for a potty break. This is why communication and professionalism was scored lower than average.
The company appears to be good if you have dogs who are easy and carefree but if you have dogs that require knowledge about behavior issues this is not the company for you.
If they put as much into the training of their employees as they did with their brochures and "welcome packet" it could be a fantastic service to work with.

We have used YBFF in the past, for up to 10 days, and the service has always been very good. We appreciate the time the caregiver spends with our kitty, as she is needy for attention, but not the most amiable of animals. Use YBFF. You will not be disappointed.
