I worked with Jeremy from Wisdom for over a year to purchase a house in the Denver metro area. I'm from out of town so much was done remotely and the Wisdom team was efficient and helpful, taking care of all the things needed to have a quick and relatively effortless transaction.

Before we worked with Dan Root, we were looking into selling our house using traditional real estate companies as well as to e-buyers. We’re so glad that we went with Wisdom Real Estate again (bought the house with their help). We got the amazing experience of a real person as our agent and got more for our house than we thought we could. Dan was very informative, pleasant, and knowledgeable in selling real estate and the market. He explained the process very clearly the first time we met him and was very responsive and always made sure to update us along the way. His professionalism and competence allowed us to complete the house sale without feeling any unnecessary stress. Our transaction coordinator, Amy Warren, was excellent at her job and ensured we were updated on each action needed and the progress of the transaction. We do believe that we had the best experience possible selling our home and the price we sold it for was the exact one Dan predicted, which was higher than we expected. Thank you very much, Dan! Dan Root and his co workers Greg Charlton, Shannon Daly and Laura Crosby were absolutely amazing to work with when we recently sold our house in Thornton, CO. Each person had a pivotal role in supporting my wife and I during this crazy housing market and we were able to come out a lot better than we initially thought. They were able to walk us through every step of the transaction and they made sure we knew why we were doing what we were doing. The whole team at Wisdom, from the buyers' agents to the sellers' agents to the administrative folks in the office are all awesome. Buying: Greg C. on the buyers' side has now helped us buy two homes (first in 2016, now our 2nd in 2021). He really acts as a trusted liaison to help us find what we want/need and get it for the best possible price. He is well versed in comps for a variety of areas from downtown Denver to the suburbs. He even has helped us get connected to contractors when we wanted to do some reno with our most recent purchase. As long as we are in Denver, we'll continue working with Greg for every future real estate purchases! Selling: Jason K. was also very helpful in the sale of our first home and helped us get top dollar for our home in this seller's market. I love that Wisdom uses the Matterport for pictures to provide the 3D walkthrough. I feel like that helped a lot with our sale. We had 53 showings in 4 days, and got 4 offers which ended up going for $40k over asking price. The selling team definitely helped us out a lot to achieve that goal! Administrative: Shout out to Shannon D. for keeping us on track with all our buying and selling timelines! She's awesome and helped us make sure we met all our deadlines.

Jessica Johnson and the Wisdom Real Estate team were remarkable to work with. Jessica was a great listener, extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile to get to know us and our needs in this challenging real estate market. Dan Root was an amazing agent for us, he helped us through every step of the buying process. We were out-of-state buyers at the time, his knowledge of the local area made us very comfortable with choosing and finding our dream home in the foothills west of Denver. Even though Dan is a very busy agent he was able to effortlessly juggle multiple showings for us, and was always available to answer our questions. Jeremy and Shannon were wonderful! We saw a place we loved, and Jeremy was quick to help us put in an offer over the Labor Day holiday weekend. We were able to negotiate quickly and beat another offer. We closed 30 days later! Shannon was great with making sure the documents were good to go and that we were on track to close. They both did fantastic jobs!

I had to put my house on the market with Dan Root right as the CoVid19 started shutting everything down. I was called out of state for a permanent job relocation, and couldn't afford the double mortgage. Dan and his Wisdom Real Estate team pretty much sold the house themselves as I couldn't be in the area to complete repairs, updates, stage, nor could I do a lot of the paper work and calls necessary to satisfy the requirements of the contract. I distinctly remember a phone call from Dan addressing a sewer line issue we had, in which he had already set up a second opinion that saved me thousands of dollars, the guy was already on the way in before I could return the voicemail message on that one. AND he also brought in a roofing contractor to certify my roof the same day. When it came down to continue work on the house, he was on the phone making sure payment came out of our closing funds so I didn't have to lose a dollar out of my pocket. What truly amazed me was his ability to sell a home during a locked down Colorado. His strategy was very creative, his advice on which offer to take and when to take it was on point! We sold the house in almost 40 days, just 7 days on the market. We eventually received an offer 15 thousand over asking, even though I couldn't appraise for that much. I can't tell you how much stress he took off my family during one of the biggest crisis' America's seen in the last decade. A huge thanks to Dan Root and his Wisdom Real Estate team! Special shout out to Scott Burke also at Wisdom Real Estate, he helped us purchase our mansion when we got to Colorado for an unbelievable price!

Erik was a pleasure to work with and helped my wife and I find our first home together. He wasn't pushy at all and he was very straightforward with keeping expectations realistic. She's friendly and very easy to talk to and listens to what you want, and has a calm reassuring demeanor. We know from talking to the seller's agent and other 3rd parties along the way that she fought for us at difficult points, but shielded us from the difficulties so from our end the process felt extremely smooth. I worked with Greg on purchasing my first home. From my very first interaction, Greg had the interest of the buyer in mind. I changed my mind often and didn’t know a lot about the process of buying a house. He was always very patient and kindly helped answer my questions and concerns. My husband, Jeffrey, and I had the privilege of working with Dan Root in the sale of our home in Denver. Dan was professional, courteous, intuitive and knowledgeable from start to finish. He helped us price our home in a market that was competitive for its sale. Our goal was to have an edge on other houses, many of them, in the same neighborhood. Dan was able to navigate us to that successful edge. We were able to go under contract when many other equivalent homes in our area are STILL on the market. Two days before our closing date, our buyer’s loan fell through, and Dan moved heaven and earth to keep the closing on the table. We worked with Shannon Daly, Laura Crosby, and the entire team worked furiously behind the scenes to make the sale happen. Scott Burke, also with Wisdom, assisted in keeping the contingent purchase of our dream house on the table, the house we had been waiting ten years for. I have never seen such heart and soul from a company. They were able to guide our buyer to a mortgage company who resolved the glitch, and we successfully closed two weeks later. Not only did Dan reflect savvy and superior negotiation skills, he supported Jeffrey and me through the stress of literally having a moving truck in our front yard for two weeks. He and Scott Burke even helped to defray some of those complicating costs in our delayed closing. There are companies that do their jobs well, and then there is a company like Wisdom Real Estate. Dan Root and Scott Burke not only do their jobs extremely well, they genuinely care and believe in the individuals they work for. Overall, a rare and exceptional experience. It was great! Greg helped us find a house even though we were living out of state at the time. Thus, he looked at houses that we liked and even did video walk-throughs for us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
