FALLING APART, FEATURES DON'T WORK.!!! Every time we used it - 3 times- had to take it in to have something fixed. After 4 times in their service department: some things were fixed, some never fixed and always new things needed to be fixed. A very small list of problems include: fresh-gray-black tank level sensors don't read correctly ( they say maybe the tanks are built too shallow), shower leaked, faucet leaked (they fixed but it in backwards?!?!), the frig would not light ( my husband realigned correctly) jacks don't work- they "lubed"-still didn't work ( my husband took off and welded as they should have done) the spare tire was so loose and never tighten at the factory - could have fallen off & caused accident or death on the road. The window curtain fell off, motorized awning didn't work correctly, strap/one screw holding table came loose, flew across trailer on road & damaged wall. The absolute worse: we were camping, set-up to find AFTER their service to fix black tank- there was feces and toilet paper at top of toilet-no water of chemicals in it (DISGUSTING !!!) We had to rehook, take to dump station, manually add 30 buckets of water, manually shake an RV - not easy. I've requested our money back. Their "buy-back" offer puts us $8,700 in the hole for 3  miserable Rv trips, loss of our personal time, ruining all summer vacations reservations: RV sites cancelled & hotels full now !!!

UPDATE:  Windish RV Center has resolved all our issues and we are satisfied with the result.

They were slow getting the job done and a bit expensive. My overall experience with them wasn't that good. I wouldn't recommend them and that's why I will look for some place else next time.
