Horrible, worst company ever! Missed trash, customer service does nothing, leaves a mess in the streets. Should be out of business!

WORST TRASH COMPANY in Colorado. This is a huge scam, they raise my bill $30-40 every billing cycle I am now being changed more than $100 over what I agreed. My neighbors who have been with them for YEARs pay half what I do, I have seen all their bills. Beware if you are a new home owner!!! Customer service is rude and yelled at me, I sat on phone for an hour+ and they blamed me for them overcharging due to autopay setting. Customer service canceled my account after calling to discuss my bill and when I made my payment they charged me an additional $40 to be reinstated.... DO NOT USE, I pay over $700 a year for one bag of trash a week and recycling twice a month.

What a joke of a company. They only pick up my trash or recycling if I call and complain and that is if you are lucky enough to catch someone in the office. They never return calls or emails nor answer you back on their app. I called today and spoke with both Christina and a supervisor named Jennifer. They both talked over me, would not address my concerns or answer my questions. I had to repeatedly interrupt them to tell them to cancel my account. Save yourself the headache and go with a different trash company. This is the first time I have ever written a yelp review, thats how bad they are.

Waste Connections does not seem to have any problems with the trash pickups on a weekly basis. But they can't seem to figure out the recyclables. I call at 8 AM every Friday for the recycling that has not been picked up the day before, and there's only a 50% chance they'll pick it up even then. This week they skipped my entire neighborhood--no explanations, no apologies. And neither the regional or Denver area office seem to care. I have called multiple times to speak with a supervisor, who is never available and never calls me back. I am canceling my service immediately.

We ordered trash removal service from waste connection & was told they would bring a trash can and a recycle can on 12/3/13. This is part of the service which I paid for 90 days in advance. I called, they said get my own can and set it out and they would bring them next week. They did not bring them again. I called again...finally they brought them, 8 days later.  So now we have cans we are supposed to be able to sit out 3 cans we set out 2 the next week. They emptied 1. I called they came back. The next 3 weeks they just didn't pick up until I call. Last week for the first time without a call...they picked up. However I had to stop in the street to pick up my cans, my cans not theirs, which they took from the front of the house and they threw them sideways and open into my drive.I plan to use someone else as of the end of this 90 days.  

When I called them they answer the phone. They gave me all the details and said they could start that week. That very day we got a very detailed email and an entire callender for 2014 with everything they can and can’t take. They volunteered to take all out moving boxing for free since we just moved in. They took the trash and forgot the boxes so I gave them a call and they came back with no issue. Fabulous customer service.

I have had no negative issues

Horrible and Good, depending on which service they provided. They asked me where I wanted my roll off container placed and I said in the street in front of my house. Thirty minutes later here comes the city (Centennial) code inforcement person, it's not allowed. As that was my first roll off in Colorado, I would expect them to know the codes and advise or inform me it's not permitted. So Waste Connections came back and moved it and charged me for the move, maybe that is part of their revenue plan. I fix and flip a few properties and have never used them for large roll off containers again. Other than the fact they charge about 40% more for residential trash pickup than other companies, I never had any issues with residential trash removal service while I used them.

I have been pleasantly surprised and pleased with Waste Connection services.  They call when they will be delayed, and take all of the recyclable stuff I put out.  I going to continue to use them, and would recommend their services.
