I've been using them for 20 years and they are wonderful. They are really good with the animals and they are very caring. They know the dog before they know me. When I go in, they are like oh, you are Sally's mom!

It was all good.

After adopting my cat, Daisy, a year and a half ago I decided it was time to take her to see the vet. I knew her vaccinations were out of date and yearly check-ups never hurt. Getting an appointment was easy-only had to wait a day. When we arrived Daisy was checked right in. After filling out a small amount of paper work we were taken to a room and seen right away. The vet had some concern with the plaque and gingivitis on Daisy's teeth. Instead of recommending a teeth cleaning (that would have cost hundreds of dollars) she suggested we try an inexpensive homeopathic remedy first. Great experience-friendly, professional service.

This vet is fantastic! I will recommend her to everyone. I got in quickly. She communicated with me about which shots we would do and discussed pricing before the dogs got the shots - this has NEVER happened to me before. One of the shots had a booster one month later, and I got an email reminder. As an added bonus, many of the vet techs at the office do pet sitting - either in your home or in their homes. My dogs were able to stay with one of them for Thanksgiving. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

The receptionist was friendly and quick. Didn't have to wait very long. Nice welcoming office atmosphere. Dr. Jones was very kind, friendly, and thorough -- explained everything very well. I just moved to the area, so I was quite pleased to find a great Vet so near my new home. I thought their prices were a "bit" high -- but perhaps that's just in comparison to my last clinic -- which was in a completely different area of the country. Overall, a really nice experience.

Wash Park Veterinary was very efficient, easy to get apt. time and they did not keep us waiting. The Vet gave us very good advice and treated our dogs with a great deal of care. The staff and Vet were very down to earth.

My dogs have been going to Wash Park Vet for the past 12 years. Over the past year or two I have noticed some turnover and the vets we had seen for years don't seem to be around too much - Dr Dawn and Dr Sherry. The front office woman Margie is still there and she is wonderful and seems to really remember everyone's pets. I recently had to take my dog in to be put to sleep which was of course an awful experience. We saw Dr Jones who I don't think I'd met before and she was great. She was very sympathetic but did not prolong the agony by suggesting extreme measures. I really appreciated that. I also got a card home that was signed by every member of the staff that was very sweet.

We scheduled this for a Saturday, but changed our mind and put it off for one additional week. There was no problem in changing our mind. They rescheduled gladly. Dr. Metzger showed up right on time and made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Quite well, very timely. Did not see one of the main vets but rather someone filling in. She was very nice and helpful with my questions. I assume and hope she represents the philosophy of the clinic and that the regulars don't engage in trying to sell unneeded interventions and stuff like special cat food. Will certainly go back.

We really like the outstanding service this group provides. The people at the front desk are very professional, they work around your schedule, and they really take good care of our dog.

They made time to see my dog on the same day, almost immediately. They offered after hours paging service and house calls (if necessary). The technician was nice, but seemed in a hurry. In general, they did not take enough time to make me feel comfortable or give detailed enough answers to my questions.
