"Sorry that you were unsatisfied with the results. But truthfully sir you had us come do a patch on a ceiling that should have been replaced. There was mold everywhere from water damage and the basement flooded while I was there. I feel sorry for the tenants that live there, especially the older lady that lives in the basement with cancer."
