VFM Painting & Remodeling

Jennifer, Fabian and the VFM team do outstanding work. We had them paint the exterior of our main residence 2 years ago and were so impressed with their work that we brought them back this year to paint 3 rental properties. The prep is the key. These folks spend a lot of time power washing, scraping, pulling old nails, caulking, etc. the paint goes on quick, but with the awesome prep, and two thick coats, it looks fantastic. We were considering Rhino-Shield, but the quality of VFM's work makes me confident this was by far the best decision. It will last years. The concept is a little different than I was expecting. Fabian estimates the amount of primer, trim color, base color, and accent (if you have an accent color) and the cost, and you order and pay at whatever paint shop you agree to use. We used Sherwin Williams because they have good quality paint and VFM has a contractor discount you can use (much better than the HOA discount I would have got at the same place). VFM then picks up the paint when they're ready. All you pay VFM for is the service itself. Our rental properties look great; just as expected.
