That they are excellent, that they are so loving towards the pets, that they do incredible work we have three animals and they handle all of them two dogs and a cat.

The doctor communicated well about everything that was happening and let us know the prognosis so that we could make an informed decision. I think what moved me the most was how the staff continued to care for our dog, even after he passed. They continued to gently pet him and comfort him as we grieved. The doctor called after we got home to make sure we were doing okay.

I have brought both of my cats to VCA Firehouse Animal Hospital for several years. Dr. Spencer and the other vets. including the  front desk and tecnicians are up to date on all aspects of animal care. I know without them my cats would probably not be alive.
VCA works with you to make sure your animals have the best quality of life and mine do. They follow through and treat both you and your animal as family.
I suppose one could go to another vet and attempt to save a few dollars. You would end up spending much more in the long run as VCA will find the problem, work with you to choose the best treatment. They will NOT sell you a service you don't need. You will do better coming here to begin with ( and save money).
Dr. Spencer and her team have always been available to answer any questions or respond to any emergency. The other Vets here are equally amazing.
My cats are my family and I trust VCA 100%. They have always explained in detail what they believe is going on and have always been honest with me. They treat each animal gently and with loving care.

If I died, I would want him to take my pets. He is very compassionate and just loves the animals. I think his prices are a little high, but he is very good.

Our cats have seen Dr. McCarty for everything from run-of-the-mill annual exams to serious illnesses. He has always approached their medical treatment thoughtfully, spending the time to explain options and give candid advice. When we had to put our last cat down, he came to our house to perform the procedure. He has always gone above & beyond to ensure the well-being of our pets.

This place is EXPENSIVE! It has the look and feel of a "McVet." Someone has to pay for the high overhead of such a shop. They wound up charging me more than the original quote which I thought was already to high. I will never go back.

Firehouse Vet saw my dog on the same day, even though they initially said they were booked. Technically they gave me an emergency appointment, but in the end only charged me for a regular appointment. Their facility is clean and comfortable. They have beverages, snacks, TV, and magazines. The initial phone consultation with a technician was great. Dr. Wyman was very gentle with my dog and very nice. She took time to answer in detail all of my questions, suggested a few possible paths of treatment, and made sure I was comfortable with the route we chose. As a new customer, we were even given a nice welcome gift. Overall, she and the rest of the staff were courteous, helpful, and genuine. I recommend this facility.

BETH SPENCER IS ALWAYS GREAT, MY TWO DOGS LOVE HER DEARLY. I WOULD NOT TAKE THEM ANYWHERE ELSE, SHE HAS BEEN WITH MY DOGS SINCE THEY WERE PUPPIES, SHE IS THE BEST.
