United Systems is not too bad. Sometimes a thunderstorm will trip it which is annoying because if that happens over a certain number of times, the police will charge you for it. They respond with a phone call within ten minutes and ask for the code.

We started with them on our first home back in 1998 when they were Peak Security. They then did our next home in 2003 when they were still Peak. The installer did a great job making it all as seamless as possible. They react very quickly when necessary. We have been happy with them.

THE SYSTEM THAT WAS INSTALLED HAS WORKED WELL OVER THE YEARS. WE HAVE HAD TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE. THEY HAVE BEEN PROMPT AND EFFICIENT WITH THESE SERVICE CALLS. THEY WERE ESPECIALLY HELPFUL WHEN WE HAD NEW WINDOWS INSTALLED.
